  • Sean and his team were a pleasure to work with. We wanted a major house refurbishment with significant internal changes as well as adding an extension to the front and rear. From the outset we were pleased by his professional and honest approach, transparent approach to pricing and customer focus.


    The whole Team were friendly and approachable, & told us what work they were doing and what we needed to do and were incredibly clean and tidy. No building work can ever be clean but we were impressed by the way the work area was swept and free of debris and tools at the end of each day.


    Payments on a regular basis with separate "at cost" payments for suppliers enabling us to keep an eye on the cost and allowing for in-project adjustments - they delivered on budget.


    Our project had inevitable technical problems at some points and Sean worked with us to address the issues (such as foundations in very sandy soil) and kept us updated with costs and progress. He also made positive and helpful suggestions, such as vaulting the extension roof, that have significantly improved our living space.


    In all we had 2 extensions, all our windows changed, an en-suite created as well as re-fitting of the bathroom, cloakroom and every surface was painted or recovered and all the lighting updated. Although it was a daunting project to approach, with Sean and the Teams\' work we are delighted with the transformation of the house and the quality of life it gives us.
