We got a number of quotes and did a lot of research and planning before committing to our extension. This was and is a huge decision and life changing event in our world so we gave it due diligence. We chose Complete Home Solutions (CHS) because of Sean’s patience, knowledge, competence, and reassuring eye when trying to extract all the information and ideas that were in our heads to generate a quote offering improvements and / or reality checks as necessary. We felt the price was fair and had confidence in his ability to achieve our “dream”. We also had a personal recommendation from a friend who also used CHS for their slightly smaller project. I’m pleased to say that we made a good choice , The builders on site were also to be commended. On more than one occasion we had complements from neighbours on their friendly approach and effort to remain tidy and respectful. This was wonderful as we felt anxious about the disruption to our neighbours as they went through the build and all the associated inconvenience with us. It made a big difference. Most importantly, there was expertise on site to discuss various options as issues and opportunities arose. Completing a build like this is a huge privilege as you can look at every detail and create something exactly to your requirements. CHS offered every opportunity to do this despite it clearly being time consuming and inconvenient. It would have been much easier to simply do what they thought was best! As a result there is nothing I am not happy with and whilst I’m no builder, I do recognise quality workmanship and experience. Everything from carpentry to plumbing to electrics to plastering has been done to an exceptional standard from a team that have clearly been working together for many years. My final observation is that the team were really invested in the success of the project with a professional pride. I have no hesitation in recommending CHS to anyone as they are experienced and take pride in the execution. Very happy and thank you once again Sean.

Once again Complete Home Solutions did us proud. This time they re-modelled our Kitchen and installed French doors. A few years ago, the Company enlarged and refitted our Bathroom , which is still the envy of Family and Friends.
It's clear that Sean & his Team are first-class Builders , Plasterers, Plumbers and Electricians , and they did a really professional job once again.
These guys are very friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. We soon got to know them all by their first names.
They gave us options as the job progressed and we always felt we were being listened to. In older properties like ours , unexpected situations almost inevitably arise as hidden problems are exposed , but these guys are at the top of their game and found neat solutions for us and absorbed many extra costs.
These guys always turned up when they said they would , and immediately got on with the job with good humour.
At the end of each day they left everywhere clean and tidy.

Rear Extension & Full Internal Refurbishment :
Ours is a modest end-of-terrace house built in the 1970’s. It had been previously extended to offer an additional room downstairs and a shower room. These were no doubt useful at the time and were part of why we bought the house 16 years ago. However, they tended to make the downstairs of the house feel rather dark and cramped. As a retiring couple our needs have changed and we wanted more of a sense of open space and light, even if it meant losing a room. We chose Complete Home Solutions in part because Sean would oversee all the work but also because he was so clearly enthusiastic about the work he and those who work with him undertake. Between them all they have transformed the living area of our little Home into the spacious and light-filled area we had hoped for. Sean kept us informed as to the progress of the work , which was carried out to a high standard , and always contacted us about any unexpected additional costs which were agreed before proceeding. The considerable rubble generated by the project was neatly piled before it was taken away. All in all, we are delighted with all the changes and unreservedly recommend the "Complete Home Solutions Team."

Major House Refurbishment With Significant Internal Changes :
Sean and his team were a pleasure to work with. We wanted a major house refurbishment with significant internal changes as well as adding an extension to the front and rear. From the outset we were pleased by his professional and honest approach, transparent approach to pricing and customer focus.
The whole Team were friendly and approachable, & told us what work they were doing and what we needed to do and were incredibly clean and tidy. No building work can ever be clean but we were impressed by the way the work area was swept and free of debris and tools at the end of each day.
Payments on a regular basis with separate "at cost" payments for suppliers enabling us to keep an eye on the cost and allowing for in-project adjustments - they delivered on budget.
Our project had inevitable technical problems at some points and Sean worked with us to address the issues (such as foundations in very sandy soil) and kept us updated with costs and progress. He also made positive and helpful suggestions, such as vaulting the extension roof, that have significantly improved our living space.
In all we had 2 extensions, all our windows changed, an en-suite created as well as re-fitting of the bathroom, cloakroom and every surface was painted or recovered and all the lighting updated. Although it was a daunting project to approach, with Sean and the Teams\' work we are delighted with the transformation of the house and the quality of life it gives us.
Conversion Of A Garage Into A Wet-room, Toilet And Small Bedroom :
The garage conversion into a wet-room, toilet and small bedroom was carried out most efficiently and well within budget. The standard of workman ship was exemplary and Sean Lippett the M.D. Went well beyond his remit to assist an elderly lady to have a facility incorporated into her house with little to no disruption to her daily routine.
